Booking Amount And Final Payment:
To Confirm The Booking,You Need To Pay 20% Advance Money of The Total Amount
Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable, nontransferable and interest free amounts.
Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 7 Days prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Booking Amendments :
If you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 40 days prior to the departure date No charges are applied
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unvoidable reason/we must benotifed of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

•If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons (like natural calamities, strikes, or insufficientbookings), customers will receive:
• A full refund, or The option to reschedule or transfer to another tour.Refund Process :
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the cancellationrequest.
• Payment gateway or bank transaction charges (if any) will be deducted.
Special Conditions :
• Flight, train, or hotel cancellations are subject to respective service provider policies.
• Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable
